Musician supports little superheroes on International Children's Day
Music therapy on International Children's Day with Cancer. Virtuoso pianist Yevhen Khmara came to the
National Cancer
Institute to support the young students of the Superheroes School.
The long-awaited meeting in the classroom was interrupted by an air raid siren, but the superheroes are
not used to
giving up. In accordance with school rules, everyone moved out into the corridor. And nothing could
interrupt the magic
effect of the music played by Yevhen.
The well-known and popular songs "Chervona Kalyna" and "Chervona Ruta" were sung by children, parents
and doctors alike.
Positive emotions, communication and autographs as a souvenir. This meeting proved that emotions and a
kind, open heart
can inspire hope and optimism, inspire not to give up and to move forward.
"The meeting was very moving and sensual. We cried, laughed and sang. The atmosphere did its job and
emotions came out -
sincere and kind. Eugene made a real little holiday, gave incredible impressions. And we at the
Superheroes School are
confident that such support is the key to good results both in education and in recovery,' said Tatyana
Rubets, head of
the educational centre.
