This academic year, the state institution "School of Superheroes" introduced its own electronic magazine.
This one
development was
created from 0. The entire process — from the definition of functions to the launch of the finished product
— was
undertaken by the IT company
Oren Tech
together with the School team. This is a volunteer project, so there is no cost to the government agency.
A personalized product will ensure the optimization of the educational process. You can enter the journal
only after
authorization
through Action.Signature. So school employees can quickly confirm their identity and gain access to everyone
functions without
redundant passwords and delays.
"Action. Signature is a convenient tool for identity verification. It can be activated in a minute in the
Action app
and immediately
use to log in to the e-journal. When using Diya.Signature, you need to pass
verification by photo —
artificial intelligence compares your face with photos on documents. This is done for security purposes — to
keep you
safe
Action. Signature
used only by you. Among the effective tips to pass the test quickly: hold the phone camera so that
chin
was at the level of the lower part of the frame, and the forehead - the upper part, choose a place with good
lighting
and monochromatic color
background; light
it should fall evenly on the face, without shadows," says Iryna Zabolotna, head of the Action implementation
team
in the Ministry of Digital.
Currently, among the functions of the electronic journal: reporting, information about educational centers,
student
registration, accounting
teachers
educational centers, curriculum, special services and legislation.
Currently, the development of the largest function in terms of volume is underway - the Schedule, where the
center's
employees (head and methodologist)
will be able to
create a schedule for children by dragging items from the existing list to the desired date and time,
as well as
add children, teachers and lesson topics.
"Those electronic magazines that currently exist in Ukraine cannot fully provide all the necessary
information
requirements of the School.
So when the developers, taking into account the experience of our teachers, created a personalized product,
they
succeeded
work process
more effective. The support of Diya was an important step. We are very grateful for the comprehensive
support," she said
the director of DU
"School of Superheroes" Natalia Zhilinska.
