State Institution "School of Superheroes" in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2021 № 1160 "Some issues of ensuring the organization and provision of educational services to children who are in inpatient treatment or receiving rehabilitation assistance" announces the formation of the Board of Trustees the formation of the Board of Trustees.

The main tasks of the Superheroes School Board of Trustees are to promote stable and efficient functioning and sustainable development of the School; submission of proposals to the strategy and long-term development plan of the School; promotion of attracting additional financial resources to ensure and improve of the School's work and arrangement of educational space; promoting effective interaction of the School with state and local authorities, the public self-government bodies, the public, legal entities and individuals, etc.

The Superheroes School Board of Trustees may include representatives of public associations from among the persons who:
deal with the problems of obtaining preschool and/or complete general education, including persons with special educational needs;
have public speeches, programs, interviews, articles, etc. regarding the School's activities or problems, features, specifics of education Persons who are undergoing inpatient treatment or who are provided with rehabilitation assistance in health care facilities.

One public association may submit only one candidate to the to the Board of Trustees.

No person may be a member of the Board of Trustees who:
has been recognized by a court as incapacitated or with limited legal capacity;
has a criminal record that has not been expunged or removed in accordance with the procedure established by law for committing a crime;
is deprived of the right to hold the relevant positions by a court decision;
has been found guilty of a corruption offense by a court decision of a corruption offense;
has been subjected to an administrative penalty for a corruption offense within the last year before the date of submission of documents.

Proposals for candidates to the Superheroes School Board of Trustees should be submitted in the form of a scanned copy of an official letter (pdf, jpeg format) signed by signed by the head of the public association to the e-mail address shs@shs.gov.ua by March 10, 2023.
